Are you the only member of your family applying? If no, who is the principal applicant?
What is your work experience like?

You first need to try and understand how EE works - Use the below links -

"Family" for PR visa purposes includes only your spouse and kids. You cannot include your parents and siblings as a part of your application. However, you can sponsor them after you gain PR status.

You would need to show work experience in order to immigrate.

Go through the resources I've provided and feel free to post any questions you might have.

A principal applicant is the applicant whose profile is assessed.

You cannot have your family move with you to Canada- everyone needs to apply on their own. You have to apply for yourself, your sister for herself, and your mother and father can apply together, since the CIC definition of 'family' is you, your spouse/common law partner, and your children.
---
You need to demonstrate your employment history to immigrate to Canada under just about any immigration program. You're going to need to show Canada your work history- in general, you either need a job offer from a Canadian employer (to get a work permit), or 1,560 hours of continuous employment (full time or part time) in the last five years (for Express Entry FSWP/CEC). Without that kind of work experience, immigration to Canada is going to extremely difficult.

If you immigrate, you will have to do it on the basis of the job you have work experience in- in this case banking.

Not necessarily. If the OP chooses to pursue some other field of work, it is perfectly fine. Once you are a PR, you are not bound by any such shackles - you are free to pursue any occupation you want.

Not recommended. Even if he is the PA, you or your sister CANNOT immigrate with him because you are not a "child" in the eyes of the CIC.

The definition of a dependent child is as below -

A child who depends on their parent for financial and other support. A son or daughter is considered a dependent of their parent when the child is:

under 19 years old, and does not have a spouse or partner, or
19 years old and over, and has depended largely on the parent’s financial support since before the age of 19 because of a physical or mental condition.
Here's the corresponding link - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/glossary.asp#dependent_child

I suggest you gain more work experience (at least a year - 1560 hours working at least 30 hours per week for 12 months under one NOC). You can then check if you are eligible and then plan to lodge an application to immigrate.
