Gusto ko po sanang umuwi ng Pinas dahil miss ko na po mga parents ko..matanda na po sila at natatakot po ako na di ko sila masilayan o makasama pa sa kadahilanang di po natin alam ag takda ng poong maykapal at panahon. Nagpasa po ako ng OWP at PR application noong June 16, 2010 at hanggang ngayon po ay wala pang resulta kahit ni OWP man lang. Na expire na po yung aking Work permit noong August 22, 2011. Sa estado ko pong ito ay bale wala na lahat ng benefits ko sa trabaho tulad po ng Expired SIN at Alberta Health care card.

1. Pwede po ba akong umuwi sa ganitong lagay? ano po ang pwede kong gawin...maraming salamat po sa inyo.
2. Ilang buwan pa po kaya ang aantayin ko para makatanggap kahit man lang OWP sana...maraming salamat po ulit.

pwede ka raw makauwi sa Pilipinas basta meron ka TRV.. ndi ako allowed magpost ng site,,pero search mo na lang sa CIC website ung tungkol sa "application of Temporary Resident Visa"..

If you dont have a valid WP even if you have a valid visa there is a chance that they might not let you back in canada especially if you dont have an employer anymore. owp processing time now is 16-17 months. I know how hard it is and i know how you feel missing your family. but dont risk it especially with the problems in immigrations now. its just my opinion though. but if you want to go home otherwise you can.

I have to agree with Khrizzy, don't risk it. There's a possibility that they will deny you entry since you don't have a valid WP. About your expired Alberta Health, you can ask for a one-time extension of 90 days. So if your current WP expired August , just call them and they wll extend it until November 2011. Don't risk it, you are almost there! The website says 16-17 months malapit na yun konting tiis pa. Mas mahirap naman na uuwi ka then ma-trash lang lahat ng inintay mo when they deny you entry.
