Application returned due to incomplete form. Now should I fill the missing info in that form only and send it again or do I have to fill new new application package and send them. And should I resubmit the fee receipt or pay again print a new fee receipt.

You need to check for updated forms. If any forms have been updated since you originally submitted the app, you need to fill them out again.

You can use the same receipt.

The spouse checklist (IMM5533), common-law checklist (IMM5589), conjugal partners checklist (IMM5629)
and Additional Family Inormation (IMM5406) were updated on Feb 14, 2018.

I believe they are asking for Schedule A (IMM5669) and the Police Clearance Certificates upfront.

You'll also need to see if any country specific forms were updated.

Fill in the missing info in that form only and send it again. They didn't reject the application right? They just said it is missing information?

If it is rejected then send in a whole new package and pay again
