How do a person know after sending a package /updates have been received by visa office or no?
In my case I send my new born addition documents and fresh Pcc of mine to new Delhi after a months time they asked for my wife's Saudi Pcc ,but then the question is did they update my new born or how can we know that they received our documents because if at all they got it , they should have replied that documents are safe and taken care off .please advice friends..,

by online tracking of relevant courier company. you may also send case specific inquiry but chances to get a prompt answer are very less

Best way is to have a delivery confirmation receipt or a delivery tracking # from the mail service provider.....looks like you don't have either one. If thats the case ...be patient now.....and after few weeks email your VO....that's how I did with my medicals when my DMP failed to give me the tracking #.

you can track it using your courier tracking service
I assume that you did not send your wife's saudi PCC, that is why they asked for it. If I am right that means they have received your child's documents and your PCC otherwise they would have asked for your PCC
I don't think they usually reply to confirm that they have received the requested documents

1. Send them a CSE/FAX for the same query
2. Track the packet online and save a copy of it
3. Contact the bank and confirm if the fees for baby has been ecashed or not

anyways thanks i also think think the way u said . next week i am sending the email and courier to ndvo asking for more time for my wife saudi pcc as its still under processing .hope they give me the time ?
