need answer on when to stay?

Just a quick opinion from you guys?

When do I leave Dubai,U.A.E. to BC, Canada, once I recieved TFW Visa from Canadian Embassy Ab Dhabi, is it before 6 months or before expiry date on the visa indicated?

Check the TFW visa validity/expiry dates. You should enter Canada before the expiry of the visa.

the stamped TFW Visa validity in my passport issued last 28 June 2012 and expiry will be on 28 June 2015

so I could stay here in Dubai anytime I want and leave before it expiry date given on my TFW visa?

I cannot comment on your stay in Dubai - this is dependent on your current status in Dubai (work permit, visitor status valid?)

You cannot enter Canada after the expiry of your visa (28 June 2015). If this is a multiple entry visa then you can enter/reenter Canada within the validity of your visa (from 28 June 2012 - 28 June 2015).

Question is - why are you delaying? Issuance of a TFW visa means you have a job offer/already accepted a job/position in BC.

Question is - why are you delaying?- - I have a 3 1/2 year job in dubai and I have to send first a letter of one month resignation notification and wait for my graduity money which actually I will use to my airfare and expenses there in canada.

planning to get off here on first week of october 2012 to BC definitely.


Issuance of a TFW visa means you have a job offer -- no job offer formally for now, there should be before... but my agent's cousin already hired worker locally there 3mos ago in which that position i for me, but still they lend there name in my job contract temporarily and didnt withdraw my papers, i am so grateful to them due to there trust and kindness to me.--rarely happens and I just get lucky.

/already accepted a job/position in BC - -when i get there I need to wait and I have to stay my agent's house and they will be the one to look for me a job.

Ok then good luck. Make sure you get a police clearance in Dubai before you leave for BC. You will need it if you continue on and apply for your PR.

i came from different places within 6 years and canadian embassy in abu dhabi, didnt return all my oiginal police certificate clearance from saudi arabia, philippines and dubai. I emailed there immigratin office last month, but didnt reply, the thing that i get only is the issuance of TFW stamped in my passport and a paper to be shown in canada port of entry with work permit serial number.

how I could retrieved those PCC's from the Canadian embassy AUH here?I reallly need those copy.

PCC here only reach six months validity, If I will apply PR with this copy, it will not be valid in 2-3years time, so ireally need to get an issuance of that after a couple of years, doesnt make sense to get now in advance.

It is up to the VO to determine which documentation they will need to keep and which ones they return. These police certificates may have been deemed essential to your application, thus the VO did not send them back.

You can just apply for them when requested and if needed.

you are right, I think VO knew the processing maybe...

is it PCC will only be needed during PR application?

what about during my entry in Canada? what other requirements needed aside from my passport ,TFW stamped Visa, and paper work permit?

That would be enough for entry into Canada. Bring photo IDs (any government issued ones are best).
