Need answer fast pls. Has anybody paid fees online? Question on receipt

Hello,
I paid Sponsorship fees online today.

The receipt doesn't show my name or DOB or address.
Those blocks are blank.
There is a confirmation number and bar code at the top but no name recorded on the receipt.

Is this normal?

Am I supposed to fill in my name and address by hand in the block for that information?
Need answer fast pls as I have to file this with our application. THank you.
