hello everyone. my case is im out of the country for two years to finish my study in the Philippines since march 2011 and i recently back in canada april 9 2013 and we got married to my girlfriend and wish her to be with me in canada my pr card is still valid. my question is i am qualify to sponsor her because right now i dont have a job but currently im applying for a job?

There is no income requirement to sponsor a spouse. You will need to provide written proof or how you will gain employment, and be able to pay for living expences once she is here. If you are going to be staying with family or friends and have no rent or household bills to pay have them write a letter and include it with your application.

one more thing do i write it down on a seperate paper with my application? and what should i write in the last 12 months about income? your net personal income? my 12 month period starting and ending? because im out of the country for the last 2 years? and planning to apply my wife next month.

Write anything you did earn in the last 12 months even if it is 0. For the explanations, (on a separate paper) make sure you clearly write your name and what question the answer is for and what form it is from. Anything that does not fit in the space provided on the forms you can write like that too. Just remember to write what it is about, for example: Continuation of question 12 on IMM1344.
