This post would be a bit long one, but still I intended to post to clear my queries as we all here are to help each other.
I need to clarify ‘N’ no.of doubts which are dwelling my brain, some of questions may be basic, but please don’t mind to answer them as well.
Let me brief you my profile as follows:
Education: B.Tech (Computer science) J.N.T.U, duration 2002-2006 with 61% marks
I guess, 21 point for my education.
My doubt is, where should I get my Transcripts attested? At J.N.T.U university or at my college where I studied? And I think List of Transcripts is as follows, correct me if I’m wrong…
- Consolidated Marks Memo (CMM)
- Original Degree
- Provisional Certificate
- Semester wise Marks sheet.
What about Under-graduation certificates like S.S.C and Intermediate, Do I need to send these docs also for ECA validation? If yes, where should I get attestation for these?

Here, company name ABC had been changed twice in the past 5 years.
I have an offer letter in the name ABC, Experience and Relieving letter with other name like OPQ india pvt ltd, but now the company name has changed again after my services.
So, Any impact on my application because of these company name changes?
And, one more important thing, I don’t have any Roles and Responsibilities details either in Offer letter or Experience/Relieving letter.
My Doubts about this ABC company,
->Can I submit offer, Experience, and Relieving letters along with reference letter (I do not have it yet)? Or only Reference letter enough if I get it now from my company?
-> What about my company name in Reference letter, is it should be in ABC or OPQ or new name?
Doubts for second worked company, Teamlease,
Many of you know Teamlease is one of the biggest recruiting company in india, I had a contract with Teamlease for 1 year and my work place was XYZ. i.e, Teamlease paid me. I got relieved within 10 months only. In appointment letter it was mentioned that I would be work with XYZ company.
I have an offer, Experience and Relieving letters from Teamlease (no Roles and Responsilities details).
For getting Reference Letters whom should I request Teamlease or XYZ?
And,
Please note that, I had a gap more than 2 ½ in IT industry after relieved from Teamlease, and I re-entered into IT industry this march 2014 onwards.
I guess, no problem with gaps in the past 10 years since one complete year of experience is enough.
General Doubts,
->Total no.of years of exp in the company ABC was 3 yrs + Teamlease exp was 10 months + current working exp in IJK company is 3 months as of now, all together it is 4.1 yrs, so I can get 13 points, right?
->What is my NOC code? I guess it is 2173 as my designation was software engineer and I had at least one complete year of experience on this designation, correct me if I’m wrong.
->My first job Roles and Responsilities matched to Data Analyst NOC but my designation was Software Engineer, which is my NOC?
->For Proof of Funds which is better Fixed Deposits or Bank balance.
->Any websites provide guidelines how to fill application forms?
->Application package Document Checklist link?
