so recently a friend of mine got into some legal issue in canada where the matter is in court he hasn't been charge at the moment,he tried driving across the boarder with his personal car in april where he the agent search the car and question where he found a bag that contains ur personal items after u been release from jail.he told the agent what he got charge for and they told him he cant cross until his case settle in canada and to bring a copy of the verdict of guilty or not guilty....
he his a canadian citizen
he also had a us visa from yrs ago which is still valid do u think he can use that to cross instead .
