Photos of the actual marriage are enough, not everyone has a church wedding or a big wedding, my wife and I had our wedding in my mother-in-laws house with five guests.

What office will you be processing through? Depending on the office, you may need more pictures. Pictures of the traditional wedding would be very important, so get those as well. You also need photos of your engagement party and honeymoon if you had one, as well as photos of you and your future spouse on trips, visits with each other, and with each other's family and friends. The photos are not so much to prove that the marriage is valid, but that your relationship is true and genuine.

If you are only doing a court marriage, then get lots of pictures of it, showing you with everyone who attended. You do not have to have a traditional wedding or a church wedding as well. But if you are having a court marriage and also a traditional or church wedding, get lots of photos of both. It will not hurt your application if you only have a court wedding, just make sure you have lots of evidence of your relationship.
I have seen visa officers question why there was only a court marriage in the following circumstances:
1. One or both spouse is very religious. They then questioned why they didn't have a church wedding.
2. It is an arranged marriage from India. In this case the more lavish and elaborate the wedding, the better, from the visa officer's point of view. If there are few guests, or people are dressed casually, they wonder why you didn't marry the 'normal' way for your culture.

Basically, they want to see evidence of a wedding that is normal for your culture. In most Western countries, a court wedding is perfectly acceptable, so it is enough for your PR application.

Note: the visa officer definitely will expect you to have gone on a honeymoon, so try to, and take photos, keep the hotel and restaurant receipts, and receipts for any sightseeing.
