Need Advise!!! Saskatchewan Licensure Requirements

I recently got my ITA for NOC 3215 Medical Radiation Technologist. The province of Sask requires me to secure a letter from the licensing body CAMRT and I complied. Unfortunately, I got their email from CAMRT today and said the normal processing time would take around 6-12 weeks. But my ITA will expire in 2 months. What should I do? Please need advise so badly

What specific letter they require? As they could require me also in the future. I have camrt mr qualification and will be creating my ee profile after my eca
