You have 6 years of experience. You must go for masters as it will make your file stronger. As you are looking for a one year course, master degrees usually takes 16 months to complete if you don't take any semester break. A two-year program consists of 4 semesters whereas a one year program consists of 2 semesters. One semester lasts for 4 months. So accordingly if you complete your master degree without any semester break, it will take only 16 months to complete. It will make your visa profile stronger and you will be having high chances of getting a good job and even PR. Postgraduate courses like diplomas and certifications are least valuable in the Canadian industry. Master degrees hold a greater value and help to get jobs in MNCs.

So choose the course according. Good Luck!
