.zac989 and O_guy, thanx alot for your opinions, one more thing if you guys help me. What if we apply for december(for new year and x-mas). Is it going to help?Further more should we apply now for the new year or what do you suggest ??

the holidays would be a good reason to have a family travel and it is always best to apply for a visa ahead of time. it's already september and i think you'll have to apply as soon as you have all the documents you need.

all the best!

I strongly agree with zac989 on both of those points. There is no foreseeable end to this strike which will continue to create back-log of applications, so apply as soon as you can.

Furthermore, consider writing a "Letter of Explanation" saying you had previously applied for TRV and you were denied for this following reasons:

1.Your travel history
2.Your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence
3.Purpose of visit
4.Limited employment prospects in your country of residence

Then address each reason.

1. Mention that you travelled outside of your country of citizen but never stayed in a country illegally
2. Mention that your ties to Canada is simply friends of your daughters. Also tell them the ties to your country of residence is your HUSBAND.
3. Mention that the purpose of your visit is the promise you made to your daughters about visiting their best friends if they did well in school
4. Tell them about the employment of your husband and send documents to prove it if possible.

Like I said before, even if they can find out about something by reading through your application forms, spell it out for them. I think "Letter of Explanation" and "Invitation Letter" are very useful.

Did you include an itinerary with your app? I can see why the VO might question the purpose of visit. Explaining the use of a trip as reward for hard work at school and providing proof of improved grades to backup the statement might help. The other thing that makes me question is that my children's best friends parents are known to me. If the children's relationships were that important then I would ask for the invitation letter if that was required to get the visa. The VO would wonder why you would travel all that way for such a short time with four children if you didn't know the family well enough to get a simple letter. I hope this helps you see this from the VO perspective so you can prepare a strong application.
the itinerary of flight and hotel booking was included.

I think they are looking for more detail than flight and hotel. Would be helpful to include where you are going/doing during the days as well.
