Need advise on how to apply for GIC certificate from India

Hi Everyone,

I am new to this forum and needing some information about how to apply for GIC certificate from India ?

I will be turning 18 next year and looking to get enrollment in Fall 2022 in Canada for 4 year program. How much fund I need to show in GIC and what is the procedure to apply for that ? I read on some places as it requires PAN card as well, which I am not sure about.

If someone can please help and advise.
