Need advise for PNP

Hello, I came as an international student for 2 year post graduate program in Toronto, and currently I am on my work permit. I am working at a call center and the job falls under Noc C category. I am planning to move from Ontario to any other province which has PNP for semi skilled jobs.

I have no prior back home experience, the only experience I have is from Toronto. Please advise which province would be good to move to for PNP.

I would really appreciate.

Some provinces do invite NOC C occupations.
