Guys i really need honest opinion as am in real need.

My ex has divorced me and took my baby and doesnt allow me to see the baby who is only 4yrs old and being brought up by a step mother.

Am an Ex banker and currently working as an accountant.I have Bachelors degree in Admin accntng nd finance option.

if am divorced can i process my documents for immigration and also include my baby and when its ready just locate the baby and move to Canada.

Can i change the baby names and give it my last name and process immigration for jst me and her?

The dad has custody bt if i change names will the canadian immigration know?

Am desperate to relocate and go with my baby.

You will not be able to do what you are thinking of. CIC will require a signed declaration from the other parent that gives explicit permission for you to remove the child. If you plan on applying for immigration, the child will also have to have a medical examination, which given your narrative, seems unlikely to happen. What you are planning is called parental kidnapping and is going to leave you in a whole heap of trouble if you try it. See your lawyer...
