Need Advise and help from all our respected and helpful members if applicant is preganent before application file.
Sir, i am here in canada from last 4 years on PR and my citizenship is in process.
Last year i have married in Pakistan. i have prepare my wife sponsorship file process documents
only Medical and Police certificate i need to compelete my wife sponsorship file process documents(which in process).
she is preganent and expectation in month of August 2013.
She contact to medical practioner for medical examination and they give her date last week of May 2013.
I have question what documents she need to carry with her when she we will go for medical.
Is any specfice form she need to fill it and carry with her?If yes where i can find information of this form.
Is she need any reqiured my Documents(husband Documents) to carry with her?
She is preganent and no interrested to Xray(due to pregnancy) it is ok?
Any further guidline if the applicant is preganent what specail pont she will consider during overall of her case process under Family Sponsorship.
Is any specific information she need to share with Canada immigration during her case process under Family Sponsorship.

Unfortunately, she won't be able to complete the medicals until after she gives birth. The X-rays are mandatory.

There is no special consideration for pregnancy in sponsorship. She will need to inform her VO that she is pregnant and needs to delay the medicals. Her doctor can write a letter confirming the pregnancy if you feel it's necessary. CIC will be fine with this and put her file on hold until she can complete the medicals 100%.

Personally, I would hold off on the entire exam. Medicals are only valid for 1 year. It may save you a headache later on.

Once the baby is born, you will need to add him or her to the application for PR.

You need to let the visa office know that she is pregnant and when she is due.

If you get your citizenship before the baby is born, it will automatically be a citizen. If not, you will have to add the baby to the sponsorship application.

Amikety, Sir you give me information that CIC put my wife sponsorship file on hold , it mean it will not start process until i sumbit medical.
My question is that they will accept my wife application and send me acknowledgement and allocated file Number (with out medical )?Or they hold my file and i will received acknowledgement and file Number after submitting My wife complete medical Exam.

One more relevant question to both brother(Amikety and Leon ). In our Country Sponsorship process take to much time to complete it ,almost two years.
It is possible that during my wife Sponsorship process i can apply visiting visa for my baby and for my wife, they spend Sponsorship process time with me in canada ,it is easy or not?What should i need to do to strong my case for applying visiting visa for my baby and for my wife?

OR if i spend these Sponsorship process time with my wife and baby in pakistan ,is it can make my wife Sponsorship application process delay or difficult?

I can stay two years with my child and baby without any problem,and definately i will maintian my Canada bank A/cs as well every year Tax return from outside canada,Can i do this without problems?

If your wife has been requested a medical, you should already have your UCI and File number. You generally get those with your AOR (Acknowledgment of Receipt) from Mississauga before you get Sponsor Approval. I'm a little confused about where you are in the process - but you said your wife is called for a medical in May 2013? Then you should already have Sponsor Approval and the other information. It sounds to me like she is already in process.

Yes, you can apply for a visitor's visa. They are unlikely to be approved, but you are welcome to try. Keep in mind, your wife and baby won't have healthcare in Canada as visitors, so you may want to buy travel insurance, especially for the baby. Traveling to a new country with a young baby is hard on the child's immune system. At the least, I would buy the baby emergency insurance, but it's better to have full travel insurance for both. Depending on how soon after birth your wife can fly, she should have medical insurance too. She should probably get an all-clear from the doctor. (I don't want to scare you with horror stories, but it's important she not fly too soon after giving birth in case she developed any blood clots during pregnancy - which is a common occurance that usually has no side effects as the clots go away by themselves over time.)

Yes, I am being too cautious about the medical information. I prefer to be safe rather than sorry with health.

Your wife will need to show strong ties to her home country, such as property in her name, a business, etc. If she is traveling to Canada to visit her husband and taking the baby with her, this shows strong ties to Canada instead. This is why it's hard to get the visitor's visa. The fact you have a PR application pending won't work in your favor unfortunately. (Because of fraudsters, nothing you can control sadly.)

As a PR, you must live in Canada to sponsor your spouse and baby. However, if you get your citizenship before the process is over, you can leave Canada. PRs must be in Canada to sponsor. Citizens can sponsor from anywhere in the world - but you will need to show your intent to return to Canada. If you stay outside Canada to sponsor as a PR, they can deny your case for not meeting the requirements regardless of other factors.

However, you can visit her. Most people say no more than 2-3 weeks. There is not a hardset rule here that I am aware of.
