Need advice

Hi, my name is Lovepreet. I am from india, punjab. I passed my 10th in 2007 from p.s.e.b with 61.88% marks, only mathematics not cleared (10 marks), +2 from n.i.o.s in 2009 with 53% marks, I.T.I from punjab board with 68% marks in 2012 (2 years diploma from 2010-2012),computer diploma in science with 65% marks (first division), 3 backlogs in Ist semester (cleared in 2nd semester with 1 try) from punjab board in 2015 (2 years diploma from 2013-2015,1 year exempted because of diploma in I.T.I). Then did ielts with 6.5 bands and got refusal in 2016 as reason of proposed program not reasonable in light of past studies, academic scores and language abilities. I think the reason was obvious because my agent selected postgradaute program of embedded systems and engineering design for lambton college. It was 2 year course. It should be undergraduate course because my friend got visa with same study +2 in n.i.o.s and computer diploma. So now in 2018 i got 6.5 bands again in ielts listening 7 and others 6.5.so which program should i choose. I should choose program which not include maths (because in 10th its not cleared) or it depends on my last study of computer? I met with two popular agents who have highest visa success rate and they assure me i will get 100% visa. So please help me to get out of this dilemma because i don't want to take any risk again. First apply for CAIPS notes then only you would get to know the exact reason... And your course must be relevant to your past studies... And it's not like that.. if your friend got the visa then you should have also been issued the visa... Situations are always different.. Visa officer evaluate each and every aspect...

I cannot get caips notes because my previous agent lost refusal letter and j cannot link paper application to online account. No matter what i try. So now i applied for herzing college for microcomputer and networking systems. My agent said it is 24 months course. But on college site it is mentioned asa15. 5 months. It worries me. Can you clarify that? I applied just today.waiting for offer letter.

then obviously, you need to trust on your College because they are offering the classes not your Agent. And no need to worry, once you get the Letter of Acceptance from the college everything will be mentioned on it, be it program duration, fees, hours etc.

And you should insist your agent to provide you the refusal letter because I guess, he is lying to you. He is having the refusal letter but do not want to give you. I don't know why you guys fall in the trap of these fake agents. You are educated you should have done some research on this agent before applying through them. Ask your parents to go with you and force your agent to provide you the refusal letter.

You don't need refusal letter to get caips notes, since your agent is not honest I recommend you get the full caips file option which should include all the docs he submitted on your behalf.

Its not like that. It was our relative living in canada came to india and he was applying for work visa. But we didn't know he fell in trap of fake agent. So we gave him all papers including refusal letter and that agent lost it.now she is in jail.she was a lady. Actually she didn't apply anything. She was sitting in her office and was giving us false promises.
