need advice

hello guys,
i am student of a dual degree i.e bachelors and masters(5yr degree)
i am a average student.(60% till completion of first year of masters)
i want to opt phd in canada,want to join by 2013.(left wid just last year of masters)
can anybody suggest me some universities for phd in cell biology,cell signaling.

thanks cynusalisa.i checked out the programs offered by the university newfound.they offer 2 phd programs.one in marine and other in biology.thanks for the help.
