so here its call me stupid.. but u do wat u gotta do i guess.. so here its is i have vaild study permit for 2 years.. but no TRV.. at the same time while i have study permit i didnt go to school as i was promised a scholorship from my government. that was about 2 years ago.. i was in canada for 4 years and 2 years which i didnt study for but was still reg for school. i appiled to renew my study permit in canada nd i got it. for till 2013.. but here comes my problem nd maybe a stupid mistake.. i went home for an emergency without no TRV.. to apply for TRV u must submit a transcript.. i cant cuz i wasnt studyin for a 2 years, i sort made up one, its too late to change what i did, i was stupid i blame a lawyer who i knew nd told that i can do it as they dont look for that they look if ur in school or not NOW.. now a week nd half after applying they are asking me for an interview?? is an interview something normal should i expect that they have found out the transcripts are fake ? i dont know anymore i mess up big time. would they tell me before the interview??

Come on man, how can anyone help you in this forum, you clearly messed up your case, you submitted fake transcripts in CHC expecting that they won't check it, what kinda lame excuse was that, you are in their country they can easily check your background and your school transcripts.

It sounds like the OP is back in his/her home country.
Assuming CIC knows the transcript was faked - this will result in a two year ban from Canada for misrepresentation.

Regarding your question CHC most probably ask you about what you did in those past 2 YRS in Canada?
And most importantly why you submitted fake transcripts?

yes.. i do .. but again this might be red flag for nothing.. they might just want an interview like w ith any case. thats why im asking do they tell you before.. for somethign like this do they send an email, or do they just tell you on interview

As I said in my last post, Interview comes if there is something questionable/distrust. It's not a rejection but one LAST CHANCE to prove your genious mind. Start preparing for interview, and let the whole world see who is more genious, YOU or YOUR LAWYER.
it's not just an interview but the most important interview of your life. (even more important thn your first date with a beautiful women)
