I am asking these questions on behalf of my friend.
Does the company size (no. of employees) matters for the validity of a job offer?
What about recent startup companies? For example, If a company was started like 6 months ago; does it qualify to hire an employee and successfully meet the criteria as to helping the applicant in getting him PR?
