Hey, everyone. I'm from Venezuela, my brother and his wife moved to Canada in 2016. That year, I applied to visit him and his wife, I got my visitor visa denied. The second time was last year, it was to study Human Resources in Toronto (I'm an Organizational Psychologist currently working as a HR Recruiter), it got denied due to my brother's status in Canada, and "my intentions to get back" when I finish my postgraduate program. Ok, so this is it. This will be the 3rd time I do this and since I don't want to make the same mistakes again, I got a letter from the company I currently work in Venezuela, they are giving me permission to study abroad for a year and when I get back, I'll have my job back and they'll use whatever skills I get and all the acknowledgements I'll recieve to improve the company's policies. Plus, my brother's just got his PR approved. I have proof of funds, properties and ties here in Venezuela. Since this is the third time for me, what do you guys think? Do I have any chances? I'd be crushed if it gets denied again... Please, please, I'm all ears, any suggestion, any comment will be highly appreciated. Thank you all very much.

Suggest you look up more information and that everyone posted in the past. If you go for 3rd denial. I doubt CIC will even look at your application anymore. Even if you have proof from work or other evidences you'll return back Venzuela. CIC will still think you trying to stay in Canada.

Happy for your brother and wife. Still currently going through my process. Waiting and waiting now 5 months after medical examination.

Thanks for your reply. The fact that they got their PR means their visa wont expire during the time I'll be there since he's the one in charge of my expenses. That was the main reason I got the second refusal. So, all my expenses will be covered. This is why I'm taking September intake on GBC, on the Human Resources Management Program. What I'm currently focusing on is the permission letter I've got from work. We're consulting a lawyer in Toronto but I need know more, investigate and do all I can so this wont happen again.

Where do you come from? Have you called the Embassy?
