Need advice.. Seniors pls help..CAP completion

Hi Friends..
Pls friends i need help.. My friend who is a newbie in this forum is not able to post topics so this for him.. he is a mining engg and wants to aly in category 0811.. he has appearing for ielts this month.. so tht means he will get his results by march first week..
do u think he can make it to the cap of 10,000 or is it a waste of time and money.. need help.. our consultant says he will make it as 0811 NOC is not likely to get full.. but we are worried abt the other NOCs which might reach full and make it to the cap of 10,000.
Pls help us with answers..
1. Likely date of 10,000 cap reaching
2. NOCs likely to reach 500

Add up the numbers. As the CAP is 10K and they are running about 2/3 months behind, it is likely the 10 K will be reached before June 30.

are Phds also included in this..or are they not included in the 10,000 cap..

if you prepared all documents or about to do so than dont delay and why wont you take a chance. you should take risk at this moment.who knows may be FSW wont exist anymore from july 2012. probability has a chance. good luck.;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

my consultant says no point in applying now.. there are tons of applications left to be open.. so my friend will not b able to make it to the overall cap..other NOCs will get filled up...i dont know. thts wht my consulatnt says..
very sad..mayb wait for next yr..
