Hello Everyone,
This is Shubham Dhir and i would like to seek advice on my situation from the members so that i can decide a path to move on.

I have completed a 1 year post graduate certificate in business management in April,2019 and after learning about CEC program I found out that if i can make it upto CLB9 in IELTS and gain 1 year of work Canadaian work experience I will be securing 467 points but also there is risk in going for CEC on 1 year PGWP that if the scores will hike at the time i will be applying. So I'm confused whether to go for another course as i have an offer letter of a course or move forward with CEC. Please assess my details and share your valuable advice.
DETAILS:
Age:
24 years
Education:
>Bachelor's in business administration from india
>1 year post grad certificate in business mgmt.
Work experience:
>India: None
>Canada: I have a job of NOC B which I will be joining in august, 2019
IELTS:
>General: prepairing
>Academic score (just to give an idea of my efficiency)
Overall: 7 bands R: 7 W: 6.5 L: 8.5 S: 6.5
I request Senior members to kindly review my details and give an advice from the best of their knowledge that whether i should go for another study or CEC.
Thanks in advance

You don't yet have the work ex, so you can't really go for CEC right now.

If you join another course right now, how will that help you get PR? You'll still need a year of work experience after that - you have no work experience at all, so you aren't eligible for CEC or FSW.

467 points is a decently high score and it's unlikely that the CRS cutoffs will be much above that - though of course this depends on the people entering the pool.

Thank you for answering to my query.
I have just completed 1 year course and If i will be moving forward with CEC then I'll be applying for PGWP and will get 1 year of PGWP. so during that time period I'll be gaining work experience.
Actually I'm confused whether to go for another study and secure a 3 yrs PGWP and then go for CEC or i should apply for a 1 year PGWP now and start going on the path of CEC.

Depends on your priorities. If you're only doing the course to get PR, it might be better to work and apply for CEC next year. If you're able to afford another year of study, and the course will improve your career trajectory, then go for the the course.

Both are viable options - a 3-year PGWP is certainly better than a 1-year PGWP, because it gives you more time in case you change jobs, get laid off, etc. However, if you're getting a good job with growth potential right now.. go for it.

Thank you for such a valuable piece of advice.
Yes, I have a job in my hand of NOC B and I have started prepairing for my IELTS.

If i go for get a 1 year PGWP and go for CEC then if after 1 year I can't make it up to Express Entry PR due to any reason, then what will be options left for me to secure my stay in canada if my 1 year wp will be expiring?

My advice , take another year of study and get the 3 year pgwp. You will have a peace of mind.
