i want to ask about canada visitor visa. me and my wife went to canada in june on tourist visa. i came back after 15 days because of workload in office. but she stayed with her sister. now she has applied for extension of tourist visa there. my query is that can i apply for canada tourist visa again? because last week i got rejected by usa embassy for tourist application. i dont know the reason. i have good travel history as i visited to uk, canada, singapore, indonesia and thailand. will wait for your advice.

Yes - you can certainly apply for a new tourist visa. Make sure you declare your US visa refusal in your application.

i already gave them all documents. i got acceptance on the basis of my documents only. i have rent deed. my annual transaction is around 50000 canada dollars. what are the chances of acceptance. what about the my wife's visa effect on my visa decision and why usa embassy reject my visa??

You will have to provide all of these documents again when you apply for a new visa.

It's impossible for any of us to say what your chances of acceptance are. However I think they should be good since you've held a Canadian visitor visa before.

You must prove you have the finances to support your visit/planned itinerary and airfare. Do not borrow from anyone..... also you must explain the source for any large deposits.

It's not possible to say. If you prove that you have strong reasons to return to your home country then you have good chances of getting another TRV.

and usa visa doesn't effect canada embassy's decision?

You must state the US (and refusals for any other countries) when you apply. It's not possible to say if your US refusal will affect the TRV

I dint understand about Purpose of Travel , I mean why should we book ticket before getting Visa?

Is the reason to spend time together on Long Weekend is valid ?

Although I work as Legal Assistant to President of law Society and he also has good job in Usa
