Need advice pls

Dear friends
I am an applicant of permanent residence, it's been more than 3 years CIC reviewing my papers and plus i have valid OWP (it's my 2nd OWP).
I have never changed my job since i'am in Canada.
Folks, i just want to know what kind of obstacles , drawbacks or any other problems i would face if i change my work position (On the base of my OWP).

You haven't said how you have applied for PR (through which immigration stream). That might impact the answer.

But generally speaking, you can switch jobs on an OWP without any issues.

PR stream is Live-in Caregiver, applied in November 2014, still waiting
Does the stream make any sense at all? What kind of impact for instance?
Would you suggest me to change work or should i wait, i am confused a little
