Hello to all,

This is my first post on the forum and am hoping someone will be able to give me some advice.

I am a UK citizen and as a result do not require to apply for a visitor visa due to being able to freely enter Canada.
I am looking to travel to Canada in August of this year. I am hoping to visit for 2 weeks.
Now this is where it gets complicated: I am hoping to travel with my wife and brother in law whom are both citizens of Morocco and as a result require a visa to travel to Canada. I will be paying for the entire trip and i am wondering if i will need to submit some information for their visa applications?
What information will be required? What extra documents will be required for their applications?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance,

hello,

You need to provide all your incomes sourses like salary certificate, properties, savings, invesments..etc along with a letter stating that you will be supporting both financially .. Now for your wife big chance she will get the visa inshallah because you are a UK citizen and most probably she will return to UK with you. but for your brother in law it will be a bit tricky. He needs to provide very strong evidences that he will not remain in canada and will definitely go back to his country of residence. if he is working he can submit salary certificate, if he is studying then a letter from his university that confirms that he is registered in the next term. one more thing if you are applying online your brother in law should submit his application separately..

wishing you all the best :)

You are correct UK is a visa exempt country.

Don't buy any airfare unless you can get a full refund if the visa is delayed or refused.

You will need to apply for a visitors visa for your other family members
