Unless the process has changed in last 2 years, when I did my application I simply sent the pdf statement that I had downloaded from my account at EPFO website, and it was accepted. However, you must notice that my application was processed at Vienna Visa Office, so New Delhi might have different ideas.

I am not sure either Alok. But I thought it was better to have this documentation as well. Because it could be painfully time-consuming when we want to get it done in a hurry. So, yes, if they feel it's just good with Passbook, I will be more than glad.

oh, glad to know that urs was done with out hassles.. I finally decided to get Gift Deed from my father in law for the total POF.. will it be fine if I show 100% of my POF in form of Gift Deed ?? ( i have them in my account but was deposited only 2 months back)

unfortunately, I am not able to access my EPF passbook, its saying it is not enabled,. contact your employer
