Hello :)

I am currently thinking about one of the following 3:
Nova Scotia (Halifax)
Manitoba (Winnipeg)
British Columbia (Vancouver)

I would very much like to hear from someone who has been to at least 2 of them, and hence able to compare.

A few things I can say about myself:
I need a job related to high tech - software development, so important question is about jobs in these fields.
I kind of more drawn to the more Rural areas, and less busy and crowded centers such as the GTA (even though I have an uncle and his family living in the GTA area) - but that is mostly because I am unable to immigrate based on Federal immigration ATM :(

I know this question is very broad and not specific, but if you know someone who has been to at least two of the provinces, or someone who writes a very good blog on either of them - which would give me the feeling of what its like there, that would be very helpful :)

Currently, I am drawn more into Halifax for the rural factor, and because I read one successful blog story, which left me with much better impression and feeling than another blog from a couple of Winnipeg immigrants.

Thanks!

Hello,
I have not been to any of the Provinces that you mentioned.
But in terms of job availability, I think you should consider Alberta.
I got the same advice in 2010 from this forum while London.
Since my arrival in 2010, I have no single reason to regret my choosing Alberta as my Home. But do your research very well and be convince before you move.
See you on top where the Eagles belong.
Thanks
