Need advice on GIC,Urgent

I have applied for GiC in nov 2013 and also got my account number for Fleming college but I didn't funded that account.
The Email containing the whole information regarding the account and payment transfer details automatically got deleted from secure email service provided by scotia bank and I don't know my number now.
Then I got admission in Concordia and I applied again with new letter from different email id.Its been 15 days I have got no response.
So what should I do?

Mails are deleted automatically after 30 days , make sure you have a back up now of account details .

Did you check your spam folder ? I faced similar issues and found email in SPAM .

Since the have already issued an Account Number at first time, not sure if they will send you another account number on same passport details, even though you have changed your email address .

Write email to studentgic@scotiabank.com mentioning all things you just mentioned here

They will not issue the second account.I git the same problem but thank god i had saved my account details.About rest you should ask scotia bank as manpreet told you.
