I was resfued and I want to reapply again I have 2 years computer newtork engineer experience and 2years administrative officer experience my job is not in 38 list but my job is in skill A and skill B my job code is Computer Engineers (Except Software Engineers and Designers) (2147) I am eligable to reapply or not.
Your advice will be useful to me .

No, your experience isn't in the "list" you have not worked in Canada for a year, you don't have an approved AEO, so you can't apply for either FSW1,2, or 3.

I have one more question my brother have done MBA and he started a job of as a accountant can he eligable to apply Becuase I checked the list accountant is in the list but I have one more question his has done his gradution in computer science and after that he has done his mba and now he is doing a job of accountant so will cic sydney will make any objection that without any formal qualification like ACCA .
also i check the noc code when you type the job noc code it will show you the job detials in hsdrc site.
like they show

controller
director – financial services
director of accounting
finance director
financial administrator
manager, financial control
manager, financial planning and analysis
manager, internal audit services
treasurer

so can you tell me what is the meaning of example title.

title doesnt matter. look at the noc code in the ministerial list, ask him to check whether he did most of the job duties, if yes, he could apply. Whether CIC will accept it or not is at their discretion. IF i was him and i had done most of the duties, i would apply.

thanks rupeshhari for your reply but my question is that his background is computer science and had IT experience but he changed his field to business and done mba now he got a job of accoutant and I show him da job duties he said he is doing that most of job duties but he is scared that he checked the noc and for employment requirment he checked that for accountant they need acca or accounting qualification for accountant job .I checked the noc code

I think for accountant it is not necassy to have the employment requirment which is on hrsdc can u check the link.

my understanding is that education doesn't matter too, but of course for some jobs it will. FOr example, if you say you are practicing as a doctor without a medical degree, that would be hard to believe. So I would apply if i was him, but thats his decision. When the degree/diploma is not in line with the job then they may ask you to prove it or they scrutinize it more. thats just my guess.

in what case you are saying that they scrutinize it more for accountant the job if you are mba even most of companies here in india they took forgien gardutes as a accountant even they dont have accoutant qualification.
but they have forgien qualification that is a big advantage.

they may scrutinize it more. Sure, in india they love foreign qualifications. Canada is not so hot on foreign qualifications unless you come from one of the best universities in the world. It should just be believable to CIC that your brother did those duties. But he shouldn't worry about them scrutinizing his work cause he has nothing to hide.

yes he has nothing to hide and his job is geniune so nothing to hide but you knw these people they resfused and show any reason like may be they said for accountant job you need professioanl qualification like acca etc .

i dont know such situation, mostly because i only know of my application and few others that i have read on here. That would be too specific for me to know about. I am sure there might have been declines similar to that, but thats the chance your brother should take. Its worth the reward.
