Need advice for my TRV 5257e form

I applied for my TRV on June 20th, 2023
Now the status of my application is Background Check - in progress
And I found I had left 1.5-year gap when I fill the 5257e employment history cause I thought I don’t need to list the period when I did not work.
Should I contact IRCC to re-submit the 5257e form?

For your sake of mind, send them webform, it never hurts to send a webform and explain the mistakes you made.
