My daughter is currently pursuing first year degree in commerce from a reputed college in Mumbai. She aspires to pursue the HR field after her graduation.i have been exploring and understood that there are two options.
.1.She picks up a post graduate diploma in HR from a college in Canada which is for a year, and once she completes that, along with some work ex can then pursue an MBA from Canada in the same field.
2.After she graduates, she finds a job in India, preps for her GMAT and ielts and then apply for MBA in Canada.
I am somehow considering the first option purely coz of financial reasons,as an MBA would cost more, however will that be a good choice for her career wise.

Can some one pls help!

A worried mother

when will she graduate her degree? I think the focus is not career wise, but her visa approval and if her interest align with what you are proposing on her behalf..MBA is added advantage, and she can fit in different streams

Both options involve an MBA so I don't understand why you think the first option will be less costly.
