Hi friends.
My NOC is 2174, "Computer programmers and interactive media developers".
The employment requirements for this NOC are:

A bachelor's degree in computer science or in another discipline with a significant programming component
or
Completion of a college program in computer science is usually required.

I graduated from university in 2014 but have been working as a programmer since 2009 and would like to count points this period on my express entry profile. What should I answer on the question "Date first became qualified to practice in this occupation"? Should I answer 2014? Will they discard any experience gained before this date? If we consider the "bachelor degree" requirement, then I only graduated in 2014, but obviously this isn't an official requirement to be a programmer.

Mention that year as 2009. Make sure you were legally allowed to work in your country at that age - IRCC might not take too kindly towards underage employment.
