me and my pregnant wife moving to calgary on 5th dec, need central heated 3bhk because my parents and inlaws will join us later in jan 2016, im looking for a house near, train station or a bus stop, or tram stop, and should be closer to hospital, any idea how to book

In Calgary, you don't need to live near the train station unless you travel frequently, let say, between Vancouver and Calgary. Also in Calgary, they call trams as C-train.

You can ask the landlord the source of heating. Btw, why do you want central heating? I personally prefer electric baseboard which I can set one temperature in one room and set a different one in the second.
