While applying for PCC from UK I told them that I lived on my previous address from January 1998 to October 2011 but when I applied the certificate from Pakistan they wrote date starting from my birth date to May 2015 on the same address which I mentioned in UK Form because I changed the address on my new ID after May 2015. My birth place and address is different as well. So should I get a new certificate?
