Additional Information/Docs Required

In the envelope, indicate ur name and full address and application no.

Their dropbox is located at the basement of RCBC Plaza, B4. That's where my office is so no hassle for me.

They would get it same day I think.

Btw, I still reply to their email that Ive provided their required docs.

What is ur classification or category pala? Im not really sure this might be applicable with u.

Also, work on it asap, its June 28 already.
