One more thing, the problem is I received a letter from the embassy asking me to submit a certain document. I couldn't provide the document because I don't have it and the letter says if I should not be able to comply I should write them a letter and email them. I am going to tell them on my letter the reason I don't have it.Do you think it would affect my application 'coz I couldn't provide what they're asking? I am really worried. I hope they will still continue to process my application.

They're asking for my SSS (Social security system) record

Yes, what's the document that you cant provide? I was asked of additional docs too, able to provide some and send explanation on the others. It depends.

You can request it thru SSS Office. It's possible to have it.

I didn't not pay for SSS contribution. I was like self-employed and chose not to pay for it that's why I can't provide it.

I worked in my family friend's business and eversince I entered in their catering business I preferred to receive the fee they were giving without any deductions.

Explain it in a letter. I suggest you write a letter then send it to Visa Office. It's better than email I guess.

That's what I did when I was asked with additional docs, then I dropped at RCBC Plaza, Makati.

What types of documents they asked?i got same as well but few just all employment payslips but I cann't provide bcoz I lost beginning of my job payslips so I will submit few.

You're a big help aubrey. Thank you. I was planning of sending an email earlier. This is for the process of my Temporary Work permit. Are they going to received the letter right away if I drop it to RCBC or it's better if I call their call center to pick up the letter? The document they were asking must be received in their office within June 30, 2012. Big thanks for your replies aubrey.
