Need a notice of assessment for sponsorship?

My Spouse is preparing to apply an application for me. if He live in Quebec, does he need a notice of assessment? Please help me!

How to get it?

I have an online account with the CRA, so I was able to print mine from there. If your spouse doesn't have an online account I believe you need to call the CRA to have one sent to you.
