Need a non-professional job for the first period

I'm IT specialist with more than 10 years experience. I want to find a non-professional job before I find something professional. But as I understand, mcDonalds or other companies will not consider my resume as relevant. How can I apply for a non-professional job?

In theory, the probability of being hired is diminished when you are overqualified. One recommendation would be to subtract educational qualifications from your resume and simplify the duties and responsibilities encompassed within your resume.

In addition to that you also have to redo your resume so that it reflects the job description of someone looking for a mcdonalds. For example there is no point putting your IT skills there or work experience, otherwise they'll smile and say you are over qualified for this position.
