NEED A JOB OFFER FROM SASKATCHEWAN EMPLOYER-URGENT

hello friends, i am a provincial nominee in Saskatchewan and my PR is in process and almost complete. my work permit is expired and i came back to my home country, now my previous employer where i used to work refused to give me a job offer, now i need a new job offer letter from a saskatchewan, preferably regina. i wont get my PR untill i give SINP a new job offer letter/ job approval letter, please help.

I am facing pretty much the same problem. Work permit exipired and application for extension got rejected. So i came back to India and re-applied for work permit. CIC reviewed my application and sent me 2 years renewed work permit. But now i dont have visa to go back to Canada. Applied for visa on the 3rd of May and now its 27th of July but no response from CHC. I am worried as hell now. Also, my SINP letter was valid when i came here. But now on the 7th of July, the letter expired as well.

I already applied for extension of SINP letter but m worried as i dont have my previous job anymore and getting new job offer letter is impossible.

If your empl dont want give you job offer, you mast find new one, and if you find empl. they need apply for LMO ( that will take about 5 months).. i am from Regina , But if you're still working for them, and if you do not quit they have to take care of you until the process is complete, I know this because I have a cousin who (after nominations) received a letter from the government where it says that it can not be fired before ppr . best to contacting office for nominations (Sinp)

So, the good news is i have got a new job offer letter now. But it is a part time job offer letter. My position was terminated by my employer after waiting 2 months for me. As they didn't have any full-time position but really need me, they offered me a part time position for now, just so i can show it to the authorities. But, now i am not sure if that will work or not.

Any suggestions?
