Me and my wife , we applied last january. I completed my medical exam and all steps . The embassy asked me for more photos and conversation , we send them in the end of octobre , but until now no news
Could someone help me plz

There is a JAN thread and many outland threads. LAST JAN ! Was it JAN 2017 or JAN 2018? How did you send ? I am sure they will reply you soon.
 
Jan 2018 , on octobre 27, 2018 , i received an email from immigration asking for more photos . I send them all photos , hotel bills , airplan tickets , passport stamps . Untill now no answer

They don't answer for months . Just relax you may hear from them soon. Are you linked to GCKEYS or ECAS? What is latest updates there?
