Need a Advice on Revaluation for IELTS WRITING & SPEAKING

I gave my 2nd attempt for my General training score was
L - 9
R - 8.5
W - 6.5
S - 8.5

Test centre - Jaipur (British Council)
I need 7 in listening to apply for Express entry program.
Do you guys think I should apply for a Reval?

If you are confident with writing in both the Task 1 and Task 2 then I think you should go for re-val..

listening: 7.5
reading: 7.5
writing:6.5
Speaking: 5.5

Gave my exam in Toronto
Is there any chance of an increase of score in speaking module
I haven't performed well in my speaking exam but I was expecting at least 6 band.

My IELTS test score:

Listening: 9
Reading: 8.5
Speaking: 7.5
Writing: 6.5

Should I apply for EOR? I am unable to decide. I think I did at least good enough to get a 7. My word count was 172 and 320 respectively for Task 1 and 2; there was sufficient use of complex and other sentence type. This result just doesn't look right!!

Is there any chance of positive reval? Please respond!!
