Necessary to inform ircc for visa refusal if pr is in progress

My (Primary) and my wife PR is in process (AOR-17 Aug 2021) and today(16-Nov-2021) I got the refusal on my wife visitor visa application which we had applied on 29 Sep 2021 after PR AOR.
Should I need to inform regarding this visitor visa refusal through webform to IRCC for my PR application?
