Hello all, I've been a lurker for a while but I've finally come to the realization that I'm getting stressed out lately because of these documents. For the past few months I've been trying to gather my wife's immigration documents so I can sponsor her but I'm having trouble finding all of the necessary supporting documents.
My Korean wife previously lived in Queensland, Australia. Yesterday, she was reading a Korean blog which stated that she must submit a Traffic History report from Queensland as part of her supporting documents. I did a quick search and found out that she does require that document. Although it is not difficult to get it, it does stress me to thinking that I am missing another document. I'm very confused. Do I need to submit an Appendix A Checklist? What about other appendices?
Can anyone assist me? I would just like to know what documents I need to gather for submission.
Here's my wife's history:
- 27 years old
- Korean citizen by birth.
- Lived abroad in Australia from early 2010 to late 2011 on a working holiday visa. She lived at 2 different addresses.
- Lived in the Philippines for 4 months at 2 different addresses (I'm pretty sure I only have to include the addresses because she lived there less than 6 months).
- Moved back to Korea and has been living there since 2011.
My history: - 29 years old
- Canadian citizen by birth
- Lived abroad in South Korea since 2011 (does this also mean that I live exclusively outside Canada?)
