Congratulations. Just wait for the passports in your mailbox....
Now-a-days, NDVO doesn't believe in wasting time updating eCas status, so don't worry regarding your "no DM yet" on eCas.

What do you mean by MI3 applicants?

I'm MI-1 applicant. I submitted my medicals, fresh PCC, RPRF, updated POF and Passports on 18 July, 2012.
Regarding your query regarding MI-3, I've answered your question on some other forum, where you had asked the same question.

seems that NDVO is now dealing with MI 1 applicants. And moreover they are not updating the ecase. Ecase for many people who received their passports are in process with even no medicals details updated.

So lets wait n see how things are moving for MI 3 applicants.

Your NOC code is same as mine, I got the DM today as well. Does this indicate that today the E-Cas/NDVO chose our NOC for granting the visa. My assumption seems hilarious.
