man i think there ain't M1 2 applicant in here apart from me and you.all the M1 1 applicant are getting mr everday and i wander what exactly are they doin with M1 2 applicant.even i am done with med in march but the fact is M1 1 applicant who did med after me are getting visas.just cant stand that.

Yes my dear friend when you got your medical same time i got employment verification call to my employer but after then nothing till date

Actually mine is a different case. I did medicals in Jan 2012. Medicals received line in Feb 2012 and i got visa stamped on May 2012. After receiving the courier with visas and all other docs i rcvd a call from NDVO saying that that is some correction to be made in the visa so send the courier as it is. I sent them believing that. After that there was no news from the office. I sent them many enquiries and in the month of october they replied me to send a no objection from exspouse regarding permission to take child abroad. Mean while my status changed from DM to inprocess again. After a month again i got a letter stating that noobjection is not satisfactory and they need an order from the court mentioning permission to take child outside the country. I filed a petition in the court and with the proof i sent a CSE to them stating that I need some more time to submit the docs as court proceedings will take almost three months. Finally i submitted the order in APril 1st week. My medicals got expired. THey holded my passport for almost 9 months and sent it back saying that we dont require it as for now. THe visa is cancelled without prejudice.

But i can't understand why you need to take permission from court to carry your chield to abroad ? is it for every applicant who have kids ? is it not possibal ??
