Ndvo issues PPR, how long does. It take for stamping?

Hi,
I have received PPR today from NDVO, does anyone know how long will they take to stamp my passport and issue CoPR? I'm traveling to US in 3 weeks, is it sufficient to get PR stamped in India?

I don't know when they arrived, may be last year in July

Generally gentlemen get late Visa.
If u r getting late in receiving the Visa, it means u r a thorough gentle person.
