Thanks a lot dear Mitali ji. I followed your advise and made it finally after deleting the french part of the communication received from VO...i think that was causing a problem

It was possible just because of ur advise otherwise I was just stuck and having no idea what to do
No worries about the new thread u started...it will eventually get buried under other threads in some time (not unless we keep posting replies here though )
I will try to pull up the other thread and invite views from friends on the forum
