Medical passed on 12th September, waiting bgip

I applied to cic through paper based application on July, after I received my confirmation from mpnp. After a week my application received a by them and after 1 month I got my file number. On october 2017 I got a mail from Delhi immigration office ( India ) that they received my pr application and they will sent me the results of my evaluation within 6 months.
May I know when will I receive my medical request and what will be the further steps.

I received this email on 20th june,got MR ON 7TH September

No i m still here and completing office work as notice period is till 28 feb.
but dnt worry you guys will get PPR from next week onwards.
